Exotics

An exotic pet is considered to be any pet that is not cat, dog, livestock or avian. This group includes everything from rabbits to Iguanas. At South Towne Veterinary Hospital both of our doctors treat ferrets, rabbits, rats, hamsters, gerbils, & chinchillas. In addition, Dr. Gschrey treats birds, lizards & snakes. An exotic pet may require more care than an average cat or dog so please be sure to do your research prior to buying or adopting one of these pets. If you have any questions regarding your exotics pet please call our office and we’d be happy to help.

**At this time we are not accepting any new avian or reptile clients.**
